The Gospels in the Bible tell us that Jesus ascended into Heaven 40 days after He rose from the dead. He told His apostles to wait in Jerusalem for His power before beginning to take His message to the world. About ten days later, on the Jewish feast day of Pentecost, they received the baptism of fire and the Holy Ghost. You can receive this same power today, as you give up your ego, your life, and take up the life of Jesus in you.
Jesus ascended in order to share Himself with all. We're not sure how that works, but we know, without doubt, that it does work. The way to be as Jesus, and count all as joy, is to give up your ego, your will for your life, and take on the will of Jesus, which He will give you when He sees that you are ready. And then all things are possible, as Jesus said in Matthew 19:26.
"with God all things are possible"
Jesus did a lot of things we consider supernatural. But He has technologies that we have yet to discover. As the world progresses, our lives are getting better, if we live in Him and His power rather than relying on our own limited resources.
50And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them. 51And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven. 52And they worshipped him, and returned to Jerusalem with great joy: 53and were continually in the temple, praising and blessing God. Amen.
